I contributed to the creation of a premium mobile learning experience for Chanel beauty advisors, designed to make product recommendation, guided quizzes, AI assistance and instant feedback more intuitive and engaging.

The experience helps advisors strengthen their knowledge of the SUBLIMAGE universe, practise client-oriented product matching and build confidence in explaining product benefits, textures and routines.

I contributed to the visual direction, UX structure and interface design, creating an elegant, immersive and sensorial training experience aligned with Chanel’s codes of contrast, refinement, gold accents and luxury beauty.
