Designed a mobile learning experience for KFC teams, combining operational training, quick quizzes, video modules, progress tracking and avatar customisation.

The experience helps employees strengthen their knowledge of service standards, kitchen workflows, self-order kiosks and guest interactions through short, engaging and reward-based learning moments. I contributed to the visual direction, UX structure and interface design, creating a clear, playful and brand-aligned training experience that translates KFC’s energetic identity into an intuitive mobile learning platform.
